Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Marque Pro (macOS and Windows), Marque PDF (iPad), and this marketing website. By using our products or site, you agree to these terms.

License and purchases

Marque Pro for Mac is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through the Mac App Store at $9.99/month or $99.99/year, with a 14-day free trial managed in the app. No payment is required up front during the trial. Viewing PDFs remains free if you do not subscribe after the trial expires.

Marque PDF for iPad is a one-time App Store purchase at $4.99. No subscription or Marque account is required.

Marque Pro for Windows will be sold with license-key activation via direct download from this site. Windows sales are not yet available; pricing will be announced at launch.

Apple App Store terms

Mac and iPad purchases are subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement and App Store terms. Subscription management, renewal, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID account settings.

Windows license (coming soon)

Windows licenses will be sold through Paddle as merchant of record. Final license terms, refund policy, and tax handling will be provided at checkout when sales open.

Acceptable use

You may use Marque for lawful business and personal document workflows. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the software except as permitted by applicable license terms.

Marque is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
